How can I book a tattoo appointment?

Do you require a deposit?
Every appointment requires a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking your appointment. Please see booking informatin for more details.
What types of services do you offer?
I offer a range of services and styles from traditional tattoos, neo traditonal, realism, black and grey, color, and cover ups.
Do you do touch ups?
Every tattoo piece includes one free standard touch up within six (6) months. If your piece is requiring a more in depth touch up (ex. due to poor healing or mistreatment) then you will be charged the day of your appoinment. Please send photos prior for evaluation.
How can I order merchandise?
You can place an order directly through my website. Simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept various payment methods including credit cards and use stripe as our processors. Afterpay is also available.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the type of product ordered. Drop ship merchandise typically arrives within 7-14 business days, while prints and original artwork may take longer. You will receive an estimated delivery date at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Do you offer custom or commissioned artwork?
Yes, Dillon Smith accepts custom and commissioned artwork requests. Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss your project and receive a quote.
Are your prints limited editions?
Yes, our prints are limited edition and won't always be available.
